I am unable to register. Are there requirements for becoming a member?
Membership is only available to overseas officials who have completed a ourse at COTI or to former employees of the International Cooperation Center.
Membership is granted through the approval of the administrator after an application is submitted.
If you are eligible for membership but your application is not approved and you cannot use the website, please leave a note on the Q&A board or contact the person in charge.
I lost my ID and password.
If you have forgotten your ID or password, you can visit the English version of our website and go through the identification process to retrieve them.
  • - Move to the login page and click the ¡°Find ID/Password¡± button.
  • - Enter personal identification information such as name, date of birth, and e-mail, Select either ID or password and click the ¡°OK¡± button.
  • - In the event your identification information matches, you will be able to retrieve your ID on the website. If you have inquired about your password, the new password will be sent to the e-mail you used when you initially registered.
  • - Log in with the new password and change it to your own password.
  • - If you have forgotten the e-mail address you used when registering, contact us so that we can identify you and issue a new password.
I made a mistake when entering my personal information. Can I correct it?
Yes, you can. Log in and move to the My Page menu at the top and make changes to your personal information.
Among the various personal information fields, the ID and the course name cannot be modified.
I want to have an original picture from the pictures listed in the Photo Gallery.
The pictures in the Photo Gallery are listed in the order of year, course, and class.
Log in at the website and go to the class you belong to. When the Photo Gallery appears in the popup window, click the ¡°Request Original¡± button on the bottom of the picture and then we will send you the original of the corresponding picture to the e-mail address you used when registering.
I can¡¯t find the writing that I posted on the Alumni Community board.
The Alumni community is composed of many boards.
The writings posted in the past 3 years can be found divided by year, and the writings posted before that can be found in the boards for previous years.
Move to the Previous Years Boards and search for your writings by name, ID, or subject.
