International Organizations

COTI has been active in the Eastern Regional Organization for Pubic Administration (EROPA) since 1966 when the Development Management Center (DM Center) was established at COTI as an EROPA-affiliated technical center.

As a part of efforts to promote international exchange and cooperation among internationally recognized HCD Centers, COTI exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National School of Administration of China, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration of Vietnam in 2005, and the Ecole Nationaled'Administration(ENA) of Tunisia in 2007.

The institute also maintains a close relationship with organizations widely recognized for their contributions to public administration such as the International Institute of Administrative Science (IIAS), ASEAN and the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) of Malaysia.

Receiving Foreign Visitors
Foreign Visitors

Each year, COTI hosts many foreign scholars, experts in the field of public adminstration, and other foreign visitors. These visitors range from one or two individuals to groups taking part in field trips or study-visit programs. They serve as important opportunities to exchange ideas and experiences on matters of mutual interest, and foster cooperation to improve training programs for government.
